ADVICE TO FURTURE AP STUDNETS

Photoshop is your best friend. Always make new layers and save your photos as PSD so that you can come back and change the edit later when you revisit your pictures and realize your opinion of them is different than when you first did them. Almost no edit is a bad edit, unless you use invert. So do not invert. You may think posterize is a great idea, but reopen your posterized pictures after a few weeks and you will understand the gravity of your mistake. You will hear Mr. Dietrich mention the word "feathering" quite often, but you will never know what it means or how to do it. Just smile and nod. START YOUR CONCENTRATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. It is very, very difficult to complete in one day, take my word for it. It is much better to start as soon as you have an idea because you will most likely change your mind multiple times. The broader the concentration, the easier it is to encompass all your pictures in your concentration statement. So remember: do not invert, do not posterize, save as PSD, edit : step backward.
